Yep. Some of the biggest are drinking, smoking, doing drugs.
You have to actually test negative and a lot do them have metabolites that last a long time so you’re not being “sneaky” with that shit.
It’s literally a “you treated your body like garbage, didn’t learn your less and continued, so we’re going to give the organ(s) to a person that can show they’ll take care of it” situation.
It’s not punitive, but if you have one person willing to take care of their body, and a person that’s not, the choice of the organ SHOULD go to a person that’s willing to change their ways… especially for drugs/smoking, if you do them after getting a transplant, the failure and rejection rate SKYROCKETS.
