Spacing and writing can be forgiven – some managers may have certain developmental disorders that don’t actually impede management, but may make certain things like handwriting extremely difficult. (I have dysgraphia, for example.)
Spelling could be down to dyslexia.
Grammar, though? And how to lay out the information? Yeah no excuse for a manager that can’t speak the language or convey information effectively to the team.
And even in terms of writing, if it’s that bad, they should be having a subordinate do it – admitting your weaknesses and letting the team shore them up as necessary is a key aspect of management.
